  4. GifBuilder is a scriptable utility for creating animated GIF files. Its input is a bunch of PICT, GIF and/or TIFF files, and its output is a GIF89a file with multiple images.

  6. Options include pixel depth, color palette, interlacing, transparency, interframe delay, looping and dithering.
  7.  
  8. GifBuilder should ultimately be placed onto many ftp archives, including Info-Mac (in gst/grf), Umich (in graphics/graphicsutil) and their mirrors.
